CENTRAL LOYALTY PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR MERCHANTS TO MAINTAIN THE INSTORE CONSUMER LOYALTY PROGRAM THROUGH THE CENTRAL LOYALTY CONSUMER MOBILE APP. CENTRAL LOYALTY WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH A SERVER APPLICATION THAT RESIDES IN THE MERCHANT'S PRIVATE NETWORK. THE MAIN GOAL OF CENTRAL LOYALTY IS TO OFFER EASY ACCESS TO THE MERCHANT'S CUSTOMERS POINT BALANCE.

THE APPLICATION PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO CHANGE, LIMIT, DISCOUNTINUE AND USE ANY ASPECT, CONTENT OR FEATURE OF THIS APPLICATION, AS WELL AS ANY ASPECT PERTAINING TO THE USE OF THE APPLICATION AND THE SERVER THAT WORKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH IT. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CENTRAL LOYALTY APPLICATION EDIT, UPDATE OR INSERT DATA IN THE MERCHANT'S DATABASE IT CONNECTS TO.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE APPLICATION PROVIDER BE LIABLE OR OBLIGATED TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY MANNER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES OR FAILURE TO REALIZE ANTICIPATED BUSINESS BENEFITS.

WE SEEK TO PROTECT MERCHANT INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT IT IS KEPT PRIVATE; HOWEVER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF ANY MERCHANT INFORMATION. UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OR USE, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE FAILURE, AND OTHER FACTORS, MAY COMPROMISE THE SECURITY OF MERCHANT INFORMATION AT ANY TIME. WE ACCESS THE MERCHANT INFORMATION USING INDUSTRY-STANDARD TECHNIQUES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THAT SUCH TECHNIQUES WILL PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO MERCHANT'S INFORMATION THAT RESIDES IN THEIR PRIVATE NETWORK.
